Once you receive your Hector & Ajax apparel, we don’t think you’ll want to part with it. But if you do, we’ll e-mail you a pre-paid postage label.

Send an e-mail to with your order number and stating which items you’d like to return / exchange.

For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns for trunks once you’ve worn them.

We process refunds as soon as we’ve received your returned item. It can take up to 7 working days for the money to appear in your account.


If you need to change your order, please email us at, and we’ll do our best to help. We won’t be able to make any changes if we’ve already shipped the order.

If you’re in the UK, you’ll be able to track your order via a Royal Mail tracking code, which we’ll email to you.
