Do I need to pay for a return?

Once you receive your Hector & Ajax apparel, we don’t think you’ll want to part with it. But if you do, we’ll e-mail you a pre-paid postage label.

How do I return my order/items in my order?

Send an e-mail to [email protected] with your order number and stating which items you’d like to return / exchange. For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns for trunks once you’ve worn them.

When will I be refunded?

We process refunds as soon as we’ve received your returned item. It can take up to 7 working days for the money to appear in your account.

Can I change my order after I’ve completed checkout?

If you need to change your order, please email us at [email protected], and we’ll do our best to help. We won’t be able to make any changes if we’ve already shipped the order.

Can I track my order?

If you’re in the UK, you’ll be able to track your order via a Royal Mail tracking code, which we’ll email to you.
