BASIS OF SALE
The Website descriptions do not constitute a contractual offer to sell the Goods. An order is confirmed and binding only when you receive an email from us (Order Confirmation). You are responsible for checking that the Order Confirmation is complete and accurate.
GOODS SUPPLIED UNDER CONTRACT
Any price quotation is valid for a limited period unless otherwise noted. Variations to the Contract must be mutually agreed upon in writing. These terms apply only when the purchase is made as a Consumer.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
Prices, including VAT, are shown on the Website at the time of the order. Payments must be completed by providing your credit or debit card details, and payment may be processed immediately before delivery.
DELIVERY
We will deliver to the Delivery Location within the agreed timeframe or, failing that, within 30 days. If delivery is not on time, you may cancel your Order under specified conditions, and we will refund any payments made.
- If the Goods are part of a commercial unit, you cannot cancel the order partially.
- We generally deliver within the UK. For deliveries outside the UK, you may need to pay import duties.
- If you fail to accept delivery, we may charge reasonable fees for redelivery or storage.
RISK AND TITLE
Risk transfers to you upon delivery. Ownership transfers upon full payment. If payment is overdue, we reserve the right to reclaim the Goods.
WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS, AND CANCELLATION
You may cancel your Order by informing us before the Contract is finalized. A 14-day cancellation period applies to most goods unless otherwise specified (e.g., for custom or perishable items).
RIGHT TO CANCEL
You may cancel within 14 days without reason. To cancel, send a clear notice of your decision via email or post. You may use the model cancellation form available on our Website.
EFFECTS OF CANCELLATION IN THE CANCELLATION PERIOD
Upon cancellation, we will refund all payments, including standard delivery costs. If the Goods have been handled beyond what is necessary, we may deduct an amount for loss of value.
TIMING OF REIMBURSEMENT
We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving returned Goods, using the same payment method.
RETURNING GOODS
If you cancel, return the Goods to Flat 5, 81 George Street, London, W1U 8AQ within 14 days. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
CONFORMITY
We have a legal duty to supply Goods as described. Upon delivery, the Goods will:
- Be of satisfactory quality.
- Be fit for the purpose stated.
- Conform to their description.
SUCCESSORS AND SUB-CONTRACTORS
This Contract is transferable by either party. We will remain liable for our subcontractors’ actions.
CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL
We are not liable for delays or failures due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such events, we will notify you promptly, and obligations will be suspended as necessary.

EXCLUDING LIABILITY
We do not exclude liability for (i) fraud, (ii) death or personal injury due to negligence. We are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses.
GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION, AND COMPLAINTS

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All Website content is owned by Hector & Ajax Limited and protected by copyright. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Hector & Ajax Limited.
VARIATION
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Website and apply to new orders.
WAIVER
A waiver of any provision is only effective if in writing and signed by us. Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our rights.
SEVERABILITY

FORCE MAJEURE
